Privacy Policy

HABITAT FABRICATOR LTD (trading as HAB//FAB) builds apps and services that respect your attention and your data. This policy covers how our products handle information.
What we collect
Crash and error reports. We use Sentry to catch bugs and crashes. Sentry receives your device type, OS version, app version, and a crash stack trace. It does not receive your name, email, or the content of anything you type or record.
Subscription and purchase data. We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat receives a device identifier, subscription status, and purchase receipts from the App Store or Google Play. Payment card details stay with Apple or Google — they are not shared with RevenueCat or with us.
Voice recordings and transcripts. Depending on the product, recordings are stored on your device only, or uploaded to our servers for transcription and cross-device access. Where cloud storage is used, you can export and delete your data at any time. In-app disclosures specify which applies.
Usage data. We may collect anonymised, aggregated usage data (screens visited, feature frequency) to understand how our products are working. This data cannot be linked back to you individually.
Accounts
Some products require an account; some don't. Where no account is required, your personal data stays on your device.
Where an account is required, we use OAuth (Google and others where available). We retain only the information the provider shares that is necessary to deliver our service — typically a unique identifier and email address. We do not sell this data or share it for advertising.
Third-party services

- Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing and app distribution.
Data retention
- On-device data remains on your device until you delete the app.
- Cloud data is retained while your account is active. Request deletion at any time: [email protected].
- Crash reports are retained by Sentry for 90 days.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
